Throughout my years of coaching, I have found that if I can share my vulnerabilities, they aren’t so scary and lose their power. In turn, my writing has been incredibly therapeutic. I find that I heal, reflect, and grow through writing and at the same time, my readers feel heard. I hope that my words bring you some “me too’s,” inspiration, and new outlooks.  Here you will find my old writing (directing you to the first blog I ever created, www.lawfullylean.com/blog) and my new writing that pertains more specifically to my work as a life coach.
