I firmly believe that with sparkle & GRIT, you can accomplish anything. This journal is your daily reminder to incorporate sparkle & GRIT into your everyday life – for things big and small. To remind you to hug your husband, to be present at your kid’s soccer game, or to be poised and confident at your next work meeting. Not only does this journal help you stay on task, but it helps you make small baby step changes each and every day so you can become the very best version of yourself!
